The hotel is very clean and is located near several shops. The air conditioning system worked effectively, necessary for the hot weather. The staff members were approachable and were always ready to assist with any inquiries I might have. I found this very helpful.
The sound isolation could be improved, as some external noise was noticeable at times.

the room decor was beautiful and matched the pictures.
housekeeping did not wash dishes , and they left them dirty in the sink. bed sheets were not changed . a dead fly remained in the bathroom for days , and floors and counters were not cleaned properly.

The new hotel had a comfortable room. It was divided into areas for sleeping and relaxing. The internet was working perfectly. The overall atmosphere was pleasant.
The housekeeping did not wash dirty dishes. They left them in the sink for days. They also did not change the bed sheets. The floor was not swept properly. There was a dead fly near the bathtub for days.

the suite had three ac units which was very convenient during warm days. the staff was friendly, especially the lady at the bar during breakfast she was very kind. the nightshift reception guy also helped me to get to hospital when i was sick at 2 am
housekeeping did not wash dirty dishes and left them in the sink for several days which i found unhygienic

the family suite was large. it had two bedrooms and a shared living area. a basic set of dishes was in the kitchen. we ordered airport transfer and it was comfortable.
housekeeping did not wash dishes, they left it in the sink for few days.
